Must Have
Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, information systems, related field or equivalent work experience, 3+ years of experience of leading software development team (20+ employees), 3+ years of experience with lean-agile software development and DevOps culture, Very good knowledge of scrum, deep understanding of agile values, 7+ years of hands on software development experience, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Experience in Vendor Management in software area, Have experience in working as a part of global and distributed organization, Be able to manage risk and uncertainty, establish good governance, work systematically with security and stability in dynamically growing environment, Be a leader focused on individuals development, constructive feedback on support for the team, Have experience in leading regional teams, insourced and outsourced resources, Be “the bridge” between technical teams (software developers, solution architects) and the business interlocutors, Have expertise in budget planning and financial management, Have collaborative approach, agile mindset, Be a team player, Present business acumen, customer centric approach, great problem solving skills, high accountability, Be able to build consensus, making decisions based on many variables, gain support for major initiatives, Be active listener, solid presentation and communication skills, Optimistic, openminded, problem solver, able to create “safe experimental environment” for the team, Have sense of self, ethics, effort, willingness to go the extra mile to achieve important goals
