Must Have
5+ years engineering team management, 7+ years working directly within engineering teams, 3+ years designing or architecting systems, 8+ years leading definition and development of multi tier web services, Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns, Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, machine learning or equivalent quantitative field, Experience in defining and creating benchmarks for assessing GenAI model performance
Nice to Have
Experience communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership, Experience recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers, PhD in engineering, technology, computer science, machine learning, robotics, operations research, statistics, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field, Experience building and maintaining data flows and pipelines
