Must Have
3+ years engineering team management, 7+ years working directly within engineering teams, 3+ years designing or architecting systems, 8+ years leading definition and development of multi tier web services, Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for full SDLC, Experience partnering with product or program management teams

As a Software Development Manager (SDM), you will lead engineers to solve challenging technical and business problems. You will use your technical skills, leadership, and partnership with stakeholders to design, build, and evolve the systems in the front end space. You will work closely with business teams, product managers, engineers, and partner teams to create and drive plans that transform visionary ideas into products that delight your customers. Key job responsibilities Lead and develop a team of software development engineers to lay the foundations of using GenAI to accelerate development. Thinking big and working with executive leadership and business stakeholders to define strategy and roadmap. Management and execution against roadmap, project plans and delivery commitments. Set up mechanisms to monitor operational excellence while meeting/exceeding system SLAs. Work closely with the engineers to architect and develop the best technical design and approach. Work with your team to define and develop an inclusive team culture that fosters individual growth and team success. Provide a work environment that allows employees to have fun and advance in their careers.
