We use applied science, experimentation, and data signals to determine what information to show customers about a title, when to show it, and how to make it compelling. Our work directly influences content discovery and customer engagement across Prime Video's global catalog. We're seeking a Software Development Manager to lead this team of engineers and applied scientists. You will own the team's execution, delivery, and technical direction while managing a cross-functional group that blends software engineering with machine learning.
