The Opportunity This is not a support role or a component team. Our engineering teams in Bengaluru own entire product surfaces end-to-end, and are responsible for extending the set of offers, discounts and deals to customers across the globe. The work you do here directly extends the top of the funnel for Prime Video's worldwide customer growth. The scale of the challenge is real: we serve hundreds of millions of customers who speak different languages, use diverse devices, expect different offers, and pay in different ways. We do this across multiple product lines, each with hundreds of features, in dozens of countries, in partnership with tens of thousands of companies. The combinatorial complexity this creates is one of the hardest unsolved engineering problems in our space — and AI has become central to how we tackle it.
