The Software Development Manager will lead an engineering team for Amazon MSK, a fully managed service that helps customers process streaming data using Apache Kafka. This role requires enthusiasm for data streaming and applying open source technologies to address customer business needs at AWS scale. The SDM will be required to build a High-Performing & Inclusive Team. Drive results by attracting and developing a team that welcomes and leverages diverse backgrounds and skills.
