We are looking for a Software Development Manager to lead engineering efforts for core shopping experiences, who is driven by ownership and a passion for solving complex, large-scale problems through creative solutions. Our team is GenAI-first, utilizing Generative AI extensively to enhance engineering productivity and drive new feature launches. As a Software Development Manager, you will lead a team of talented engineers and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our systems, our business, and—most importantly—our customers' experiences. You'll tackle challenges that have the potential to redefine the e-commerce industry and deliver solutions that operate at an unprecedented scale. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, developing complex distributed systems, and driving large-scale projects from concept to delivery.
