Our engineers work directly with stakeholders, get close to customers' needs, and are empowered to take technical risks to build the best-in-class software with respect to quality, scale, and insights. The technical foundation this team builds, helps keep all of Amazon including business units (Fulfillment Centers, Physical Stores, Whole Foods, Fresh, etc.) secure. We are looking for an ambidextrous and dynamic manager who has a passion for making internal business teams successful. The ideal candidate has deep technical experience, preferably in AWS technologies, strong verbal and written communication, and excels at balancing priorities between a near-term and long-term focus. They know how to position their team to meet consistent shifting demands of the business.
