You will manage a team of software engineers who are transforming how data center design documentation is created, validated, and delivered at scale. Building Information Modeling (BIM) represents the digital transformation of the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. Your team will develop production-grade AI systems that automate design tasks in BIM environments, ensure compliance with building codes and design standards, and accelerate facility design workflows. This role requires both deep technical leadership and the ability to bridge software engineering with domain expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Ownership) industry.
