Must Have
3+ years engineering team management, 7+ years working within engineering teams, 5+ years designing or architecting systems, 8+ years leading definition and development of multi tier web services, Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
Nice to Have
Experience partnering with product or program management teams, Experience communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership, Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers

This role leads a software team that owns the AWS Boost website and the builder tools that enable multiple development teams to build in AWS Boost and contribute to the website.
