Join our CXBT team as a Manager III, Software Development, where you'll lead a critical engineering team responsible for delivering data consumed by AWS S-Team. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the performance across a wide breadth of AWS services while managing both technical execution and team growth in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You'll work closely with our US-based teams to ensure exceptional data quality standards while driving innovation in scalable data platforms. This position combines deep technical leadership with people management, requiring someone who can balance strategic roadmap planning with hands-on technical validation and team development.
