About the Role Creators are the backbone of Twitch, and their sustainability relies primarily on their ability to earn a living doing what they love. As a Software Development Manager on the Creator Sponsorships team, you'll lead the team responsible for scaling creator sponsorships and influencer marketing. Your ownership will cover several strategic areas including brand collaborations, Drops (the feature enabling viewers to earn in-game items while watching streams), live shopping, and more! This is a rare opportunity in big tech to have startup-level ownership with the backing and resources of Amazon. The scope is significant—you'll be leading innovation in areas that directly impact creators, viewers, and advertisers across the platform. This position is hybrid with a base in San Francisco, CA.
