Lead AI Innovation in Compliance at Amazon Manage a team building the future of automated compliance in the product space. Your work will directly impact Amazon's ability to serve customers and partners safely and efficiently across the globe. We have a unique challenge to overcome: use ML and LLMs at the scale of Amazon. As a manager you will lead the team to build a scalable LLM infrastructure that can be used to process billions of documents and images each year, in a cost efficient way. To be successful you will need to be able to keep the long-term objectives in mind while guiding the team through short-term obstacles. You drive to develop the careers of your developers, improve our development processes, remove bottlenecks and friction, and allow the team to move at a fast pace. You will need to collaborate closely with business leads, product owners, technical program managers and partner teams. You are comfortable with a degree of ambiguity and are always open to identifying alternative paths. Your Mission: • Build AI-powered systems to ensure safety and compliance across Amazon's vast retail network • Lead a team developing scalable LLM powered workflows to process billions of documents annually • Drive innovation in compliance automation and responsible AI usage.
