You will collaborate closely with product and program management teams to translate customer needs into technical priorities and deliver results. You will also change how the team operates by championing AI-native development practices that accelerate velocity and improve quality. A successful Software Development Manager should be highly autonomous with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze quantitatively, scope technical requirements, effectively prioritize program deliverables, and communicate clearly.
