Autodesk's Developer Enablement(DE) organization is seeking a passionate Engineering Manager to join a team of diverse, smart, and driven engineers who are responsible for building shareable, reusable components that are consumed by most Autodesk desktop products. This people manager will lead a high performing scrum team of senior and junior engineers and collaborate across other teams and stakeholders to build code, infrastructure, and services that will have a direct and positive impact on millions of users of our products. **Responsibilities** Team Leadership & People Management * Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers across backend, full-stack, and platform domains * Foster a high-performance engineering culture focused on collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning * Conduct regular performance reviews, career development planning, and technical mentoring * Support hiring efforts including technical interviews, onboarding, and team growth Technical Leadership * Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight for backend services, full-stack applications, and distributed systems * Partner with Principal Engineers and Architects to align system architecture with long-term platform strategy * Ensure teams follow engineering best practices including automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and secure coding * Guide teams in building scal
