Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, 10+ years of software engineering experience, 2-4 years of experience in engineering leadership, people management, or technical team leadership, hands-on background in JavaScript, React, Node. js, Express or similar modern web application development, Experience working with databases and designing data-driven applications, Experience with AWS cloud services, Experience with CI/CD practices and tools, understanding of software design, code quality, design reviews, code reviews, and engineering best practices, Ability to manage delivery, priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and execution skills

The team builds and operates customer-facing digital experience and commerce platforms that support key customer journeys across discovery, evaluation, purchase, account management, and support. In this role, you will lead, hire, nurture, and grow a team of talented engineers while staying close to technology. You will provide technical direction, review designs, guide delivery, develop proof of concepts when needed, and collaborate closely with Architects, Product Managers, Program Managers, and cross-functional engineering teams.
