Must Have
6+ years of engineering experience, 2+ years of engineering team management, 6+ years of leading definition and development of multi tier web services, Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, Experience partnering with product or program management teams, Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems

We’re building a brand-new, from-the-ground-up initiative in the fast-growing world of Quick Commerce, and we’re looking for a passionate, driven Software Development Manager (SDM) to help lead the way. This is a true Greenfield opportunity where we’re creating an entirely new shopping experience that reimagines how customers discover, shop, and receive products - all within minutes. Our charter spans the entire supply chain optimizations: from AI/ML based forecasting, automated buying to an efficient transhipment, seamless hub operations, best in class inventory management and delightful vendor experiences. You'll be joining a tight-knit, high-caliber team of Senior SDEs, Principal Engineers, Applied Scientists and TPMs who are energized by solving customer problems at scale.
