Amazon Connect is seeking an SDM to drive our next phase of innovation in forecasting, capacity planning, and agent scheduling, creating toolsets to help customers automate schedule management for their large agent forces, while optimizing agent efficiency, performance, improving agent experiences. The Role: As an SDM for Forecasting, Capacity Planning, and Agent Scheduling, you'll lead a high-impact software engineering team driving Connect's workforce management product. You'll help businesses to get the most out of their workforces, by automating and optimizing agent schedules. Key job responsibilities - Drive technical strategy, design, development, deployment, and operations for new and existing AWS services working alongside Amazon Connect. - Lead and mentor multiple software engineers. - Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and create impactful solutions. - Build and grow high-performing teams. - Drive architectural decisions for large-scale, highly available cloud services. - Ensure operational excellence
