We are looking for a talented Software Development manager to help us develop build the software and systems to achieve our vision to "Be best-in-class at acquiring, creating and ground-truthing all kinds of data, with the highest standards of privacy and security, to power the best AI models and applications on Earth.” What will you do? You will lead a multidisciplinary team to develop solutions across multiple programs working with scientist customers collect, clean, and evaluate data used for AI model training. This includes Reinforcement Learning Gyms to evaluate AI Agents in workflows of users. You will lead the development process and have end-to-end ownership of distributed backend systems as well as front-end tools for human-in-the loop data collection. Help your team identify technical and product requirements and opportunities.
