The mission of the EU INTech Consumer Selection Discovery teams is to help customers find, evaluate and compare products they like, need or want. Our vision is that every customer should be confident to find the best product for their specific needs and preferences at the best value with very low effort. We believe that every customer and their situation require specific attention and so we build delightful shopping experiences that are tailored to the customer’s mission. We innovate from EU for the WW customer. To achieve that, we partner with WW business and tech teams from Softlines, Consumables and Hardlines and other platform/host teams. We don’t settle for an average 'one size fits all' and find the right CX for customers on each product family (PF) while delivering a cohesive sitewide CX Key job responsibilities We are looking for software developer engineers who are passionate to solve highly ambiguous and challenging problems at global scale. You will be responsible for major components of the team, you will design, develop, deliver and support a variety of software applications in collaboration with a variety of roles and partner teams around the world. You will influence technical direction, drive operational excellence best practices and maintain quality on team deliverables. You will also have the opportunity to learn from high-performing software engineering teams and mentor junior members. Remember, you do not have to tick every box to apply for the role.
