About You We’re looking for a Software Development Engineer to join our Product Reliability Engineering team. This role sits close to real-world customer issues and demands strong debugging skills, clear communication, and a solid engineering mindset. You’ll dive into complex problems, ship fixes, and improve the way our systems behave in production. If you enjoy understanding how things actually run in production, spotting patterns in logs and metrics, and improving reliability through thoughtful engineering, you’ll fit right in. This team is the bridge between how the product is built and how customers actually experience it. Your work improves stability, reduces customer pain, and strengthens trust in our platform. You’ll not only fix issues but also help prevent them from recurring but would also be responsible for building self-serve experiences that would eliminate support load on engineering teams. Deliver solutions that align with our coding standards and development guidelines. Act as the technical point of contact between Support, Product, and Engineering teams. Write clear documentation including knowledge articles, incident timelines, and post-mortem notes. Protect SLAs through strong prioritization and timely escalation.
