What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience in automation testing. Proven leadership experience in QA automation or SDET roles within complex, enterprise-scale environments. expertise in automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Rest Assured, or equivalent. Hands-on experience building scalable UI/API automation frameworks using Java, Python, or JavaScript. understanding of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and test-driven development practices. Solid knowledge of SQL. analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global, distributed teams. Ability to lead by influence, mentor teams, and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
3+ years of financial services domain exposure. familiarity with NoSQL systems (MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch) is an advantage. Experience with microservices architecture, Spring/Spring Boot, and CI/CD pipeline development is highly desirable.
What You'll Do.
Define and lead enterprise-level QA automation and quality engineering strategy across multiple programs.

Establish governance for BUAT, defect management, and release quality assurance processes.
Provide technical leadership and oversight for complex testing initiatives.
Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure seamless integration of testing practices.
Own production release readiness, including weekend release support, incident validation, and post-deployment quality assurance.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives by adopting emerging technologies, best practices, and test engineering innovations.
