What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance with a focus on manual testing, Experience with manual testing, including Web applications, REST/SOAP APIs, Desktop platforms, and native mobile applications for iOS and Android, Understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and software testing, Hands-on experience with manual, exploratory, regression, and cross-platform testing, Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments, Experience testing REST and SOAP APIs using tools such as Postman, Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira and TestRail, Experience working with SQL databases, including writing queries to validate data and support backend testing, Experience testing native mobile applications for iOS and Android, Ability to analyze logs, browser console output, and network traffic to investigate issues, Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills, Ability to prioritize testing efforts and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience in test automation using tools such as Selenium, Appium, and Playwright, Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python, Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git, Experience working in distributed or international teams, Experience with debugging and proxy tools such as Charles Proxy or Proxyman
What You'll Do.

Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases and testing strategies
Analyze complex issues

Lead bug triage activities and support issue resolution with engineering
Validate REST and SOAP APIs and verify backend data using SQL
Support release validation and post-release verification
Communicate testing progress
and quality concerns to relevant stakeholders
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
Mentor junior QA engineers and share testing best practices across the team
