Key job responsibilities • You are a significant contributor to the full software development lifecycle, including scoping, design, code, testing, deployment, and maintenance. • Solve difficult software challenges using state-of-the-art technology. • Demonstrate operational excellence in all your work and are active in operational support, ensuring root causes of issues are identified and resolved. • Actively participate in code review, provide meaningful feedback to other to raise the bar. • Collaborate with data scientists and product managers on machine learning experiments. • Establish best practices and drive improvements in design, development, and operations. • Mentor junior engineers in design, coding, troubleshooting, and operational excellence. Basic Qualifications: - 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience - 1+ years
