Amazon's global data center infrastructure generates millions of operational alarms daily, and right now most of the triage, analysis, and routing of those alarms requires significant human effort from engineering operations teams. The SKG team within DC BRIDGE is building intelligent systems that fundamentally change how data center engineers interact with alarm data: reducing noise, automating triage, and applying generative AI to surface actionable insights from complex operational signals. This is a builder role on a team that ships. We're a small team of SDEs with a senior technical leader setting direction, and we deploy to production multiple times per week. As an SDE2 you'll own features end-to-end — design, code, test, deploy, operate — and contribute meaningfully to the team's technical decisions.
