Sourcing Performance, part of Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT), is seeking a software development engineer to design, build, and maintain our critical purchase order and supply chain performance systems. The Vendor Chargebacks team is part of the Sourcing Performance organization. We build and operate systems that process over 1 million chargebacks per week, managing vendor penalties for supply chain defects across North America and Europe. Our systems ensure vendor compliance and drive improvements in supply chain performance through automated chargeback generation, dispute management, and analytics.
