The AWS Data Center Engineering - BIM & AI Technologies team is pioneering the next generation of AI-powered design automation for AWS's global data center infrastructure. We're seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer with Building Information Modeling (BIM) domain expertise to architect and deliver innovative solutions that transform how data center design documentation is created, updated, and reviewed at scale. As an SDE II on this team, you'll lead the design and implementation of novel generative AI applications that serve architects, engineers, construction managers, and facility operators. Working alongside software engineers, applied scientists, UX designers, product managers, and industry domain experts, you'll architect scalable production-ready systems that integrate BIM platforms, desktop applications, cloud services, and AI technologies to accelerate facility design workflows.
