Alexa+ is Amazon's next-generation personal assistant powered by generative AI – more conversational, smarter, personalized, and built to get things done on any device. The Alexa 3P Experiences team is on a mission to expand what Alexa+ can do for customers by building consumer-facing experiences with trusted third-party partners like Uber, Ticketmaster, Yelp, and more. Using frontier AI technologies – including Large Language Models (LLMs), Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) capabilities – we create agentic experiences that connect customers with an ever-expanding selection of services through natural conversation. As an SDE II on this team, you will design and build category-defining experiences that millions of customers interact with daily. You will work closely with product, design, and partner teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that drive customer discovery, engagement, task completion, and monetization. You will contribute to category scaling frameworks – reusable components that enable partners to build sophisticated experiences with minimal effort.
