Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) is looking for a scale-focused and customer-obsessed Software Development Engineer. As an SDE, you will be part of a team that adds new capabilities with multiple visual/audio analytic methodologies. The solutions heavily leverage AI and quantitative analysis to challenge conventional wisdom with hard data. Our SDEs use technology to solve complex problems and get to see the impact of their work first-hand. Key job responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for data collection and analysis platforms Build and optimize automated data collection frameworks across different surfaces (web, mobile) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement efficient solutions Write high-quality, maintainable code while following best practices and design patterns Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation Debug production issues and implement performance improvements Work with ML technologies and extraction services to enhance data processing capabilities Contribute to architecture decisions and technical strategy Mentor junior developers and participate in team's agile development process A day in the life You'll work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and other engineers to build tools that enable large-scale data collection and analysis. You'll tackle challenges ranging from automation framework development to implementing new features for our self-service platforms, while ensuring high performance and reliability.
