Key job responsibilities An SDE-II in the VisXP team uses their knowledge and skill to make quick two-way-door decisions and executes them to meet the team’s patching visibility goals with guidance from leadership. They influence the outcome of architecture and design efforts across the team, enhancing current products, and in developing new service offerings in support of AWS Security goals. They work with customers, stakeholders, and peers to understand the business and customer value of our team’s software to ensure we deliver the right solutions to help them achieve their security goals. They are a champion of operational excellence. They routinely identify and execute on opportunities to improve the team’s operations to continuously enhance customer experience and earn their trust. They take action to improve the stability, reliability and performance of the service both independently and in coordination with their peers. Their work positively impacts the software quality, customer experience, and maintainability of our services.
