As a Software Development Engineer on the Direct-to-Consumer e-commerce team, you will build, improve, and support complex systems that bring Hasbro’s iconic brands to life online. You’ll work to create high-performing, resilient, and innovative systems that power digital experiences for our customers. What you'll do Build scalable, cross-platform applications using a variety of technologies and infrastructure. Design and write maintainable, high-quality features in a team-based development environment. Adhere to and improve coding standards and code integration and deployment processes. Build automated tests and use CI/CD to ensure product reliability. Investigate and resolve issues across unfamiliar codebases and domains, driving solutions that improve performance and user experience. Work with team members and partners to solve customer problems. Contribute to improving team developer experience, documentation, and collaboration. Stay up to date on new technologies and bring forward innovative ideas to enhance the product and platform.
