In this role, you will lead a team to design, develop, test, and deploy capabilities that secure our products, fight fraud and ensure privacy compliance — and help other developers and security professionals to do the same. You’ll drive the team forward, guiding them over every obstacle and leading the way to develop exciting, original and effective solutions. Leading the way, you'll collaborate with the team to build and maintain our platform to bring thousands of stories to millions of listeners and unleash the power of the human voice. ABOUT THE TEAM The Fraud Defense Engineering team sits within Audible's inSpire organization and is located across Audible's Newark and Mexico City hubs. We build the tooling, platforms, and automated systems that protect the integrity and trustworthiness of Audible's business for creators, listeners, and customers. Our primary focus is Fraud Defense — engineering the detection mechanisms, investigation tools, and enforcement capabilities that enable defense against Creator Fraud, Anti-Piracy Fraud, and Consumer Fraud across all marketplaces. We are also experts in ensuring that Audible meets its data handling and customer privacy obligations.
