As a part of the Smart Home Automations team, you will be responsible for building automations and high utility ambient experiences that anticipate customers’ needs and proactively takes the right smart home actions on their behalf to help them stay safe, save energy, save time, and stay comfortable! The Smart Home team is evolving Alexa into an intelligent, indispensable companion that helps customers get the most out of the technology in their home. Your team is a part of the Smart Home Ambient Experience and Automations, and you will lead with design, implementation and launch of smart home connectivity features. We are looking for passionate and talented engineers who have experience building innovative, mission critical scalable services. In this role, you will lead and design the development of scalable services to enable customers to seamlessly connect their smart home devices into the Alexa ecosystem. This is a rapidly evolving space and we are looking for engineers who are comfortable working across design, product and tech to deliver best in class, re-usable, and scalable solutions to our customers.
