This is enabled by "experts" - groups of systems, capabilities, APIs, and instructions that allow Alexa+ to accomplish specific customer tasks. Through these experts, Alexa+ can seamlessly control smart home devices, make reservations, explore entertainment content, order groceries and meals, set reminders, and much more. The Alexa Expert Build Platform team's charter is to enable internal and external partners to build exceptional Alexa+ experiences by managing the lifecycle of these experts.
