Architecture & Design Leadership * Leads the architecture and design of complex, large-scale systems and features. * Makes critical technical decisions impacting multiple services, components, or product lines. 2\. Project & Feature Ownership * Takes end-to-end ownership of major projects from requirement gathering to deployment * Ensures project outcomes align with company goals and product vision. 3\. Mentorship & Team Leadership * Mentors and coaches SDE-1 and SDE-2 team members. * Sometimes leads a small squad to drive delivery and ensure best engineering practices. * Supports team skill development through knowledge sharing and guidance. 4\. Code Reviews & Standards * Maintains and enforces high standards for code quality and technical excellence. * Defines and promotes coding guidelines, design patterns, and best practices. 5\. Technical Vision & Strategy * Contributes to defining the engineering technical roadmap. * Evaluates and recommends emerging technologies to enhance product scalability and reliability. * Works with engineering leadership to drive long-term system stability and innovation. 6\.
