# **About the Role:** **Grade Level (for internal use):** 09 **Software Developer II** with the SPG Salesforce team will be responsible for providing backend support to our Salesforce and cloud-based CRM platforms. Together, he/she will build scalable and robust solutions using AGILE development methodologies with a focus on high availability to end users. He/she will actively be participating in the design, development, testing and support of the Salesforce platform. **Responsibilities:** • Be part of an Agile team supporting the enterprise Salesforce platform. • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications. • Build solutions using **Apex, LWC, Flows, and Asynchronous Programming**. • Participate in design sessions for new features. • Create technical design documents. • Participate in technical walkthroughs. • Develop reusable components and common services. • Follow corporate development standards and tools. • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Support and maintain production environments. **What we’re looking for:** **Basic Qualifications:** • Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. • Strong experience with **Apex programming**. • Experience with **Asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future)**. • Hands-on experience with **Salesforce Flows**. • Strong experience building **Lightning Web Components (LWC)**. • Experience with Salesforce platform development. • Knowledge of JavaScript and CSS. • Experience using VS Code. • Understanding of MVC and OOP concepts **For non-Salesforce candidates:** •Experience in C#, Java, or ASP.NET (Web Forms and MVC) •Experience with CSS3 and front-end web development. •Experience with T-SQL. **For non-Salesforce candidates:** •Experience with Entity Framework, MVC, and Web API. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Experience working with relational databases. • Knowledge of SQL Server and/or Oracle platforms. **Pr
