We’re currently looking for Software Developer Engineer in Test (SDET) **_This role requires on-site presence at our office 4 days a week to support effective collaboration and teamwork._** **Main responsibilities:** * Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to test strategy * Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for new and existing telephony features, following team standards and best practices * Execute automated tests to validate functionality, performance, and reliability of telephony services * Contribute to the organization and maintainability of the automated test codebase, ensuring clear structure and consistency * Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to support high-quality releases * Execute manual test cases and document results where automation is not applicable * Identify, report, and track defects to resolution using defect tracking tools * Verify bug fixes and perform retesting to ensure issues are resolved * Analyze test results to identify defects, trends, and areas for improvement * Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test data **Requirements:** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field * Experience as a manual QA and automation QA for 3 or more years * Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and soft
