Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Software, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, 3+ years of experience designing and developing software in C, Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, Working knowledge of in-vehicle serial communication (CAN, LIN, Ethernet), Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have
Experience with C++, Embedded software design and implementation using C++, Experience with AUTOSAR (including BSW and ARXML configuration), Diagnostic familiarity with automotive safety standards such as ISO 26262, Understanding of vehicle electrical architectures, systems, and applicable standards, Participation in EcoCAR and/or AutoDrive Challenge competitions

This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office three days per week, at minimum. **The Role** We are seeking a highly motivated Software Developer to join our Diagnostic Software team in the Autonomous Vehicle Integrity Platform department. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying diagnostic software applications using sound, industry standard methodologies. You will work with hands-on writing software or solutions, based on detailed requirements and system specifications. Additionally, you will work with development activities that will include updating existing software and/or developing new software solutions to address a specific need or solve a particular engineering problem. You will contribute to all development activities in accordance with appropriate methodologies and application of a repeatable, systematic, and quantifiable approach to the development process.
