What you’ll do: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable .NET applications using C# programming language and SQL database. Lead the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and ongoing support. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our development processes. What you’ll need to succeed: Bachelor's degree in computer science of other computer related disciplines. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree. 5+ years' experience in IT and 3+ years as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with hands-on experience developing custom applications and integrations using C# programming language. 5+ years of experience in web development using Microsoft technologies. 5+ years of hands-on experience and 3+ years as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in developing custom applications and integrations using .Net standard, .Net core framewor
