We are part of the India & Emerging Stores Customer Fulfilment Experience Org. Team's mission is to address unique customer requirements and the increasing associated costs/abuse of returns and rejects for Emerging Stores. Our team implements tech solves that reduce the net cost of concessions/refunds - this includes buyer and seller abuse, costs associated with return/reject transportation, cost of contacts and operations cost at return centers. We’re building a brand-new, from-the-ground-up initiative in the fast-growing world of reducing NCRC cost, and we’re looking for a passionate, driven Software Development Manager (SDM) to help lead the way. This is a true Greenfield opportunity where we’re creating an entirely new shopping experience that reimagines how customers discover, shop, and receive products - all within minutes. Our charter spans the entire supply chain optimizations: from AI/ML based forecasting, automated buying to an efficient transhipment, seamless hub operations, best in class inventory management and delightful vendor experiences. You'll be joining a tight-knit, high-caliber team of Senior SDEs, Principal Engineers, Applied Scientists and TPMs who are energized by solving customer problems at scale.
