About our team The Sponsored Products Ranking, Allocation, and Velocity Engineering (RAVE) team owns and operates the sophisticated auction logic that determines which sponsored products millions of shoppers see every day, directly impacting product discovery and the shopping experience across Amazon's search results. We empower new Search experiences that help shoppers navigate our massive catalog and we're responsible for maintaining critical metrics (ex: duplication rate) which define a positive shopping experience. We designs and builds large scale engineering systems which integrate ML + LLM + GenAI models to optimization the algorithms which rank, allocation, and price ads on Amazon search results pages. We maintain the Morales framework, which supports and empowers hundreds of weblabs run yearly .
