Bachelors Degree, U. S. Person status, 5+ years of experience working in aerospace, defense, or similar high-tech industry, 2+ years of experience in developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners, 2+ years of experience in a leadership role leading global teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change, At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
Nice to Have
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science, 3+ years of experience in cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication, 3+ years of experience with DO-178C and supplements (DO-331, DO-332) and DO-330, 3+ years of experience in leading or managing software engineering activities, Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, Experience in software development using Java, JavaScript, and Node. JS, Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, 2+ years of experience as technical manager of a product deployment team, Familiarity with the use of AI in software development practices, Familiar with Boeing processes and procedures
