What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, 17+ years of experience building enterprise-grade software systems, 2–4+ years in an architect or senior technical leadership role, Proven experience delivering large-scale applications across diverse platforms and environments, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Nice to Have
Experience with mobile application development (iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter), Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), Experience working in multicultural or globally distributed teams, Exposure to legacy modernization and incremental migration strategies
