Make a difference, come join the team! **What 's the role?** The Application Developer is responsible for technical design, development, testing, implementation, administration, and support of the HighJump Warehouse Management System (WMS), as well as other internal WMS developed applications. In this function she/he collaborates with the application users to improve current processes, develop solution proposal to fulfill the changing business needs and programming of new functionality. Training and support of key-users is part of the role to assure a strong knowledgeable user community. ZEISS will provide and pay for HighJump training. Willingness to complete this training is required. **Sounds Interesting?** **Here 's what you'll do:** * Analyze business requirements of the Warehouse , describe solutions and alternatives. * Development and programming of functionality, reports and system solutions based on the business requirements * Implementation of system solutions through the development life cycle including testing and documentation. * Maintain and monitor developed applications and databases. * Assure second level support of these systems. * Work with the user community to determine business requirements. * Training of key-user in new system functionality **Do you qualify?** * In-de
