About the Tech Team – Fintech Value Stream The Fintech Value Stream strives to improve and automate key financial processes to deliver a best-in-class experience for a broad range of business domains. We’re a cross-functional team collaborating closely with stakeholders across EQT to ensure data and technology strategically support business outcomes. Our team includes tech leads, data professionals, product managers and architects who together shape the future of finance operations through scalable, data-driven solutions. What you’ll do As a Software and Solution Architect, you will play a key role in shaping EQT’s technical landscape within the Fintech Value Stream. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with Tech Leads, Engineers, and external partners to design and implement solutions that drive efficiency and scalability across EQT’s investment technology. Beyond your work in the Fintech Value Stream, you'll also collaborate closely with peers in the Architecture function to shape EQT Tech's long-term architectural direction, ensuring consistency, reusability, and strategic alignment across value streams.
