Maintain programme data

and prepare and submit periodic reports for key stakeholders

Provide supervision to junior caseworkers

**JOB PURPOSE** You will be part of our community outreach team, also known as the Community Resource, Engagement and Support Team (CREST), focusing on raising public awareness of mental health conditions and dementia, early identification of at-risk individuals, providing emotional support to individuals and their caregivers, and linking individuals to relevant health and social care services where necessary.
