What They're Looking For.
Must Have
CQSW, CSS, DipSW, BA, BSc or MA in Social Work, Registered with Social Care Wales, 2 years post-qualified experience, Experience assessing and managing risk, Experience delivering outcome-focused care plans, Experience working with adults, Experience with older people, Experience managing complex caseloads, Experience safeguarding vulnerable adults, Understanding of Adult Social Care legislation, Knowledge of safeguarding frameworks, Knowledge of risk management processes, Understanding of multi-agency working, Understanding of integrated service delivery

Undertake community care assessments

Manage complex caseload
