The social worker, at this level, will need skills in brief counseling to individuals and groups. Responsible to assess discharge needs and facilitate plans with patient/family for discharge and aftercare. Maintain a current knowledge base of community agencies and resources to facilitate appropriate referrals. ** _Work Schedule:_** Monday through Friday, primarily day hours, on call as needed. ** _Education/Experience:_** Master’s degree in social work from an accredited program or bachelor’s degree in social work from an accredited program. **_Licensure/Certification:_** Licensed as a master's in social work in the state of South Dakota or licensed as bachelor's degree of social work in the state of South Dakota required
