What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in paid social media management, with a focus on campaign strategy and optimization, Knowledge of social media platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including media buying, bidding models, and optimization strategies, Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel, with a ability to interpret metrics and translate them into actionable strategies, relationship-building abilities with a focus on understanding client needs and crafting tailored solutions, Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience presenting strategies and reports to clients, Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have
Experience in digital media agencies or tech publishers is a plus, Social media certifications are a plus
What You'll Do.
Facilitate pre and post-onboarding support for new social media clients
and optimize paid social campaigns to achieve client goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Monitor campaign pacing and performance metrics
proactively addressing any issues
Prepare and deliver detailed campaign reports with insights
and areas for improvement
Manage a smaller scale portfolio of clients
focusing on retention
and upsell opportunities
Build client relationships and proactively address their evolving needs
Support the Social Solutions Managers and team with daily tasks and initiatives
Execute identified process improvements in social media workflows to drive efficiency
Implementing reporting requests
Support Media Buyer communication with the social solutions managers
Stay updated on the latest trends
and advancements in social media platforms
Share updates and best practices with internal teams to enhance knowledge and expertise
Maintain a understanding of third-party tools and their integration with social media campaigns

Collaborate with the Social Solutions Management team to ensure alignment and growth; Support the Social Solutions Managers and team with daily tasks and initiatives; Support Media Buyer communication with the social solutions managers; Share updates and best practices with internal teams to enhance knowledge and expertise
