5+ years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing within consumer brands, understanding of social-first storytelling, internet culture, platform trends, and short-form video content, Proven ability to concept, shoot, edit, and publish content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms, Experience managing content calendars, balancing reactive and planned content, and translating performance insights into creative recommendations, Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Partnerships, creators, and external talent in a fast-paced environment, communication, organizational, and creative judgment skills, with a high-ownership and hands-on approach
